Assessor Feedback Summary

 

The first section of your report provides knowledge and awareness to Go Quest’s management on approaches that might be adopted to facilitate direct and indirect forms of employee decision-making processes and support engagement, performance and better working lives.  Section two of your report needs to provide understanding to Go Quest’s managers on the different forms of conflict behaviour and dispute resolution and how to manage performance, disciplinary and grievance matters lawfully.

 

The presentation of your report could have been improved upon with more structure, for example, the use of sub headings for each AC but you have made use of headings and assessment criteria references to signpost the assessment criteria being addressed.

Introduction was not relevant to your report. Conclusion needed to be more relevant and related to Go Quest. A clear contents page was included. You could have contextualised more of your responses to the case study. 

You need to work on your writing style and presentation trying to ensure it is professional and coherent and focuses on what the AC were asking. Please be mindful of your spelling and grammar as there are numerous mistakes throughout your report.  Please ensure you proof read your work.

No bibliography was included and you made reference to sources that were not included in your referencing section.  There is clear evidence of the use of some good references to underpin and inform your responses.  You have demonstrated some knowledge and understanding but not enough for all AC.

Introduction was now concise and briefly set the scene for your report. Conclusion still needs to be more relevant. Your writing and presentation still require work in order to be more professional and coherent. There was still limited contextualisation to Go Quest and still a lack of supporting evidence referenced to support your points.  Please ensure you review your work before submitting to check for both spelling and grammatical errors as there are still many mistakes throughout your report.  Please use a different font colour for your second resubmission and strike through any points you are removing.
