Climate change, modern slavery, a global pandemic, supply chain challenges, and artificial intelligence are just some of the major issues confronting contemporary organizations and management in 2023. In 2022, the CEO of BlackRock championed stakeholder capitalism to respond to these challenges (Fink, 2022). In 2023, Australias Federal Treasurer argued we need to embrace values-based capitalism in response to these challenges (Chalmers, 2023). In this context, the question becomes:
What should managers and organisations be responsible for?
In this assignment you need to:
- Clearly respond to the above question

- Finally, at the end of your essay you need towrite a 120 word self-reflection on how the essay did or did not change your understanding of the role of management and organisations (the 120 words does not count toward your total word count)
