Research contemporary practice for how data is governed in large, high data, corporate entities and how these organisations drive data quality as part of the overall data management approach. Companies to consider are organisations like Amazon, BHP, CBA, Coles, Facebook, Rio Tinto, etc. but these are not the only ones you should look at. Once you have an understanding of modern data governance and data quality practices, look at how practical it would be to apply these principles in a health care setting and what the challenges/opportunities would be of using the same approaches over data from monitors, sensors, Electronic Medical Records, etc. Conclude by summarising whether you believe what works for large corporate entities is valid in a health care setting and why. Be sure to include critical analysis and independent thought in your report; you will have plenty of opportunity to do that.

Present your findings as a 3000-word report (+/- 10%), ensuring you cover contemporary approaches to data governance and data quality, how they would apply to the health care sector, the challenges/opportunities you see in managing data governance and quality in a health care setting and make sure your conclusion addresses the specific points requested and isn't just a generic conclusion.
