INTRODUCTION

The assessment's goal is to identify and create a learning strategy that will enable the students to study in a supportive atmosphere. The development plan in question is titled "Developing a Strong Sense of Wellbeing both personally and professionally" in this context. This plan involves synthesising theory, philosophy, and practical tactics that are informed by professional experience and professional line reflection. A positive plan of study is seen to be advantageous for meeting greater requirements and giving students experience and knowledge. This assessment will comprise multiple sections in assessing the various features of this growth plan.

The first section of the assessment is going to discuss the philosophical and theoretical basis of the proposed plan for the learners. This will reflect the relationship with the content unit, experience and expectation for the contemporary practices of the developed plan. The second section of the assessment provides contemporary expectations for the development plan. It is beneficial for creating and maintaining a safe and supportive environment for the learner. The third section of the assessment is going to provide the demographic characteristics of the learners. This will be beneficial in order to identify characteristics and requirements regarding a positive learning environment.

THE PHILOSOPHICAL AND THEORETICAL BASIS OF THE PLAN

I believe there are multiple philosophical and theoretical foundations of education to be applied in the case of developing a positive learning plan. In order to implement the plan of developing a strong sense of well-being in students, it is necessary to increase the interactions in students through extra-curricular activities. This will help them to engage with other students and identify the interactions of the senses of well-being (Zimmerman-Leizerov & Jerome 2022). I think these activities can range from sports to club activities that allow students to interact with their friends and even with the teachers and help; them understand the necessities of a phase. It is expected that through such group activities, students would develop a sense of well-being through taking part in tasks that give them satisfaction.

I have understood that according to the philosophical theory of Perennialism, human nature is considered constant. Thus, a feeling or shared value that students learn at one point of time would be consistent for them in the future as well (Malik, 2021). Thus, I have been through the extra-curricular activities they take part in, students would be able to identify the aspects that provide them happiness and satisfaction at the end of the day. The safety that students received from taking part in the activities would also be effective in developing an interest for the students in future regarding their professional decisions. I have analysed that perennialism theory considers the development of rationality within students (Akomolafe, 2020). Taking part in problem solving activities would be effective in this case, as students' thinking capabilities would be developed under this aspect.

I observed that another philosophical foundation that can be considered with the development of students is the theory of social Reconstructionism (Kooli, 2019). This philosophical foundation states that it is necessary for educational institutions to take into consideration the current social issues and develop conditions on improving the situation. Students are to become an integral part of the society in future and hence it is necessary that they are able to understand the condition of society and are able to develop their personality and well-being in the situation. I have identified the inequalities in society can help students apply an inclusive and supportive culture within the environment they are surviving in order to develop as a person and support the development of other individuals (Tahirsylaj & Wahlström 2019). Providing students, the opportunities to communicate with their seniors when they are feeling anxious regarding a certain situation would form a crucial part of the plan that helps them to improve their well-being through personality development.

CONTEMPORARY EXPECTATIONS FOR CREATING AND MAINTAINING A SAFE AND SUPPORTIVE LEARNING ENVIRONMENT

Professionally speaking, I have followed that industry norms and best practises is necessary to establish and preserve a secure learning environment. Teachers need to keep up with the most recent safety regulations and constantly adapt their pedagogy. Ethically, maintaining the values of justice, equity, and respect is necessary to provide a helpful learning environment. All students should be treated with dignity by teachers, who should also value diversity and encourage inclusivity (Walia, 2022). Morally, I observed that the cultivation of a robust sense of personal and professional well-being emphasises the duty to give students' mental and emotional health first priority.

Developing a strong feeling of well-being for teachers, I felt that it is at the forefront of modern expectations for creating a safe and friendly learning environment in educational institutions. It is opined that teachers should put their psychological and emotional health first in order to set an example of positivity and resilience for students (Walia, 2022). In the workplace, maintaining a safe environment is ensured by adhering to best practises and being current on safety precautions. This strategy, which integrates professional and personal well-being, helps to foster a supportive school climate.

I observed that active participation from parents and the larger learning community is expected in today's secure and supportive learning environment, in addition to instructors. Working together is essential to developing a strong sense of well-being on both a personal and professional level. Parents contribute by encouraging a happy home atmosphere, placing a strong emphasis on mental health, and getting involved in school events (Kandula & Wake, 2022). Therefore, i have seen that working together; the larger learning community that consists of neighbourhood associations and support systems improves safety. Teachers may effectively engage with parents and community to provide a comprehensive support system for students at the time they in personally and professionally based on the concepts of well-being.

The learning environment has a significant impact on modern expectations for establishing a secure and encouraging setting that emphasises a comprehensive approach to wellbeing. A supportive atmosphere is motivated by a strong sense of personal and professional well-being increases student involvement and participation. I observed that when educators put their own mental and emotional well-being first, they set an example of resilience and foster a healthy environment (Lu et al., 2023). Relationships between students and teachers are improved as a result, encouraging open communication and trust. When students feel emotionally safe, they are more inclined to participate in their education. The cultivation of a robust feeling of well-being is not limited to inclusive teaching approaches that address a range of learning requirements.

INFORMATION ABOUT LEARNERS AND FACTORS THAT MAY AFFECT THEIR LEARNING

As per Kaffenberger (2021), it is important for mentors to ensure continuous learning about the current education strategy within the industry and enhance their knowledge about their students. However, I observed that Khlaif, Salha & Kouraich (2021) have instructed that, to ensure comprehensive learning among the students, they should be encouraged to observe their interaction with the tutors. This was further supported by Nikou, & Maslov (2021), who mention that students should be encouraged to engage in class discussion and reach their own version of the concept. Considering these factors before making a learning plan that will satisfy the intellectual, physical and emotional needs of the students will improve the effectiveness of the plan. However, in order to gain information on the learner and identify factors that may affect their learning, it is important to form some personal connection on teacher-student dynamics.

I observed that forming a deeper connection with the students, outside of the academic dynamics allows the teacher to get a deeper knowledge about the needs of the students. Interacting with the students to gain real-time data on their behaviour and grasping the capability of knowledge can be done by interviewing them personally. This creates a safe space for the learners and facilitates a robust feedback channel. According to I observed that Setyosari, Kuswandi & Ulfa (2020), such formal or informal discussion in real-time also helps the teacher understand the religious, cultural and linguistic dynamics of the students, which is a significant part of individual characteristics. This information may encourage the instructor to encourage inclusivity and cultural sensitivity as a part of social education.

In addition to that, I observed that Dunn & Mulvenon (2019) and Martin et al. (2019) has emphasised the importance of assessments and evaluation in students' life. Evaluating students based on their lessons, creativity, and cognitive skills helps teachers determine their progress and identify the areas of strength and weakness for improvement. However, in an article by Ismail et al. (2022), it has been suggested that regular assessments should be both summative and formative. It not only ensures that a student stay engaged and focuses on their learning, but it also allows the teacher to analyse the effectiveness of their positive learning plan. Therefore, I observed that it can be said that information about the learners on a personal level, such as their background, helps teachers understand their needs and implement positive learning more effectively.

COMMUNICATION, INTERACTION AND RELATIONSHIPS TO PROMOTE AND MAINTAIN LEARNER SAFETY AND WELL-BEING IN PRIMARY LEARNING SETTINGS

I observed that in primary learning environments, connections, communication, and interaction are essential for fostering and preserving learner safety and wellbeing. It is ensured that kids comprehend safety procedures and feel at ease raising problems when there is clear communication. Good relationships between teachers and students provide a nurturing atmosphere that promotes trust (De Leon-Pineda, 2022). Developing connections based on understanding and empathy fosters a feeling of community and improves mental health. In primary school settings, this all-encompassing strategy, which includes meaningful relationships, constructive interactions, and effective communication, lays the groundwork for learners' safety and wellbeing.

I observed that effective communication and interaction is necessary in fostering the development of a safe and positive learning environment. This would allow them to thrive in the environment and become responsible individuals with development of professional growth. Having better communication skills allows individuals to understand the issues that students are facing and try to resolve their issues in order to improve their well-being (Sword, 2020). Learners would have a better understanding of the social situation they are going through and try to take measures that would be effective in improving their emotional and social well-being.

Building positive relationships with the academics supports them to feel more confident and comfortable to present their perspective or ask any question. I observed that role-playing is a classic method that will be used over this specific learning plan. Role-play over this learning plan focused on full group participation and mutual respect (Panjaitan, Murniarti & Sihotang, 2021). The teachers ensure that all the students participate in every classroom activity by using friendly and open behaviour with the students. Most of the learners involve themselves in the class activities only when they feel comfortable and enjoyed. Role-play was used over the learning plan as a daily classroom activity to help all the students in the classroom make effective connections with their peers and the teachers.

OBSERVING MONITORING EVALUATING AND RESPONDING TO YOUR LEARNING ENVIRONMENT

I observed that the physical learning environment will provide a structure for the learners, it will also help them to minimise their stress levels and support them to get more comfortable in the learning environment. The learning plan will use effective organisation in the physical learning environment using a classroom aesthetic. The learning plan will include setting high expectations for the learners (Panjaitan, Murniarti & Sihotang, 2021). The learners will always be provided guidance or assistance to present effective academic performance. Similarly, the grading policy of the learning plan will allow the learners to redo their tests if they believe they did not present their best on the first time.

I observed that all of the teachers over this learning plan would offer positive reinforcement to support to develop a strong and positive learning environment. This learning plan will involve extrinsic motivators as external factors, who will motivate the learners by providing extra classes and they will run various different tests over the students to help the students identify their own strengths and weaknesses (Panjaitan, Murniarti & Sihotang, 2021). Similarly, this learning plan will include a student feedback program where the students will be able to give feedback on different teachers teaching styles. Getting feedback from the learners about how the teachers manage the learning environment, they will be able to identify their improvement points. Additionally, it will help the students feel more valued which will strengthen the positive learning environment.

Over this specific learning plan, the teachers will use various assessment strategies for the academics. It will help the teachers to make classroom decisions depending on the student's learning styles and classroom behaviours. The learning plan will involve interview assessments for the students with 10 minutes for each student. These private interviews with students help the teachers to assess the student's progress and build effective connections with them (Panjaitan, Murniarti & Sihotang, 2021). Additionally, reflective writing will be part of another assessment for students to help the teachers get full control over the learning environment. I have learned that this learning plan will present the students with different articles and journals to read and present their perspectives or reflections about what they have learned and what they find challenging. It will help the classroom teachers to identify the level of understanding among the students.

All of these will help the teachers to identify the overall performance of the classroom. Similarly, the teachers will be able to identify the areas of advancement in the overall learning environment.

CONCLUSION

Based on the above information identified from various researchers, it can be assumed that a positive learning plan can provide a positive learning environment to the learners. Based on the political and philosophical basis, it can be assumed that the plan can help the learners to be involved in the group activities with others and enhance their sense of well-being. It also enables them to be involved in-group activities and enhance their internal communication. It also identified, this development plan will be effective for the learners in order to develop an interest in positive activity, which will affect in their professional career. Additionally, I observed that it also highlighted that to create a safe and friendly learning environment for the learners, developing a strong sense of will for teachers is considered a significant aspect. It will put the teacher in a suitable psychological and emotional mind-set for their learners for making a positive and safe learning environment.

In addition, a positive learning environment can be a result of participation of parents of the learners in their life. It can also be shown that a positive line can provide a significant impact on the modern expectation for forming a secure and encouraging environment for the learners with a comprehensive approach. Based on the information about the factors that might cause impact on the learning of the students it can be said that individual students can have different concepts regarding any specific matter. Moreover, it can also be said that personal connection among the teachers and students may affect their learning. It has also been identified that in order to have a positive learning environment effective communication and interaction between individuals are necessary. I observed that this can provide the learners with confidence in themselves, which positively affects their careers. In this regard, observing and monitoring the development plan is also necessary for the succession of the formulation development plan.
