Create a Web application for any unit or department in UiTM such as Online Zakat Application System and Online Complaint System that contains the following general requirements:

1. The Web site can be accessed by guests, registered users, and administrators.
2. Provide a home page for all users.
3. Provide about page for all users.
4. Provide user registration form.
5. Provide an application form such zakat application form.
6. Provide user profile page.

Other requirements:

1. All Web pages must have a common menu, header, and footer.
2. Design the system using Bootstrap.
3. Create the page using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. No server-side (PHP) and database are required.
4. Data entry in the system should be validated according to the correct format.

Assignment Contents:

1. System Introduction
2. System Design (wireframe sketch)
3. System Implementation. Write page descriptions, page screenshots, and the source code.
