International Resourcing and Talent Management Report Writing
Write a report on an organisation, investigating the following issue:
- Managing Human resources in a flexible, post-COVID-19 labour market
The report is directed to the Chief Executive Office of an organisation that is currently improving its policies or practices to manage the identified issue.
The report must include:
- An executive summary
- An introduction identifying the organisation being examined (and which part, if applicable) and the particular issue being investigated;
- A review of the literature around the chosen topic
- A methodology section that explains the information gathering techniques and approaches used noting any particular advantages or difficulties experienced
- An account of your results and their analyses.
- Conclusions
- Recommendations which are feasible and based on the analysis carried out,bearing in mind the implications for the International Resourcing and Talent Management function
- References
- The appendices should cover any supporting documentation should be included in the appendices.
