You are a Project Manager with the team based in Hyderabad and are responsible for the cloudmigration project for a client in Southeast Asia. The first client meet is scheduled for 1 weekfrom today. You are responsible for all the project management activities for this project.
Please mention
1. How would you prepare a project plan, making necessary assumptions, which includethe planning, execution, and close-out of this project?
2. How would you convey the project timeline and objective to the client?
3. How would you share updates with the client on the status of the Project?
4. Email body on how you would coordinate with the client regarding the project.
5. List down the project risks, prepare a risk probability matrix, and conduct analysis ofidentified risks with proposed response to it.
