PART B – PRACTICAL ACTIVITIES

Conditions:
To be carried out in the workplace or simulated workplace
Instructions:
Using suitable communication methods (meetings, video conference etc) you are to identify the required tasks to be performed by each team member to achieve a team project.
Using relevant company technology, create a schedule specifying your own tasks and those for each team member. The schedule should include names, position, tasks to be completed and timelines required to complete a team project.
The schedule may be created using calendars or any other software the company uses. The schedule is to be made available to all team members and must incorporate at least one team member who is working remotely.
The project must contain multiple tasks using people with different skills and a minimum of two people. If you do not have a suitable project, the following scenario may be used.
Scenario:
You are part of a work team that has been asked to organize the moving of two staff members and their equipment to another office. This will involve the dismantling of current equipment, packing, transporting to new office and installing the equipment.
PART C – PROJECT

The team project identified in Part B Activity 1 is to be carried out and completed within the required time following company policy and procedures.
