Subway Tasmania has come to us with a number of problems that they would like you to consult on. You have to create a consulting report

Retention - The organisation has a substantial gap between the management team's experience (some qualifying for long service leave this year, and our retention is 80% with this cohort) and Sandwich Artists. The best managers are usually selected from the pool of 140+ Sandwich Artists, but their experience levels are declining, making succession planning very hard. The Sandwich Artist retention has dropped from 50% to 0% in the last two years, so we are replacing an entire team every year. The managing director believes that part of this is a false perception that they know everything. Other reasons include lack of engagement, poor training, and that loyalty/persistence are no longer perceived as important.

You will consider the company's current operation and objectives. Explain how you will best manage organisational factors to provide appropriate consulting advice regarding best practice management for the above problem. Your report should include an analysis of the change management process that the organisation will have to go through to implement this best practice (think about what KPIs to set, etc.) to achieve the recommended outcomes.

• Comprehensive justification of change model selection and detailed applicaiton to the case organization.
• Insightful strategies are proposed and justified. They demonstrate a perceptive synthesis of theory and issue analysis.
• Justification is supported by a comprehensive discussion of relevant theory and research sourced from significantly more than 10 academic sources.
• Comprehensively integrates the case organisation illustrating key points.
• Explicit Logical structure and a coherent argument using discipline-specific academic language. Acknowledged all relevant sources.(More than 10 academic resources) Accurate and consistent referencing system(Harvard referencing style.
