The above case study will help you to understand the level of complexity that can exist with the delivery of large projects.
You are required to produce a 2000 to 2400 word critically referenced report on the challenges of managing large complex projects at the execution stage and how project management tools, project management methodologies and project management framework can assist the project manager to do this successfully.
