Unit Name -Facilitating Change in Health and Social Care

For LO1, the learner explained the key factors driving change in NHS, e.g. contingency planning, improvement of timeframes etc. Challenges were sketchily listed rather than assessed.

For LO2, an incoherent piece of writing was about the effects of the pandemic on NHS. The text is often difficult to understand, and is mostly made up of incomplete sentences. The required evaluation of recent changes was not demonstrated. The changes were not specifically stated and criteria were not set to measure their impact.

For LO3, the principles of change management were explained, with a view to their successful implementation.
