This assessment comprises of two parts:
Part A: Product Poster.
This component is part of your Individual Portfolio and the details of this can be found within the instructions for this assessment
Part B: Marketing Report.
The Marketing Report leads on from your Poster submission. Each student will be allocated a segment from the "Roy Morgan Values Segment" profiles. These include the following
- Socially Aware
- Visible Achievement
- Young Optimism
- Real Conservatism
- Something Better Look at Me Conventional Family Life
- Traditional Family Life A Fairer Deal Basic Needs

Using the RMVS profile and the product you proposed in Part A, you will write up a marketing report outlining what needs to be done as the next stage of marketing strategy. Your report should contain the following sections:
- Brief introduction to the RMVS profile allocated to you.
- A brief summary of the proposed product you've chosen and the need it fulfils
- A competitor analysis of other similar products
- The decision making process you think the profile will use when choosing this product. You must use the decision making model outlined in Module 3
- Apply each of the 4Ps making sure you use the appropriate theoretical models as outlined in Modules 6, 7, 8, 10, 11, and 12. Note that not everyone will use the same models as these are dependent on the product and profile you've been assigned.
- Conclusion & Summary
- References (these do not contribute towards the word count).
Word count is no more than 2,000 words (+/- 10%)
