Indigenous education curriculum and pedagogies Presentation

The purpose of this assessment task is to:

Create and deliver an engaging 5-minute presentation

Step 1:
CHOOSE your focus area (TOPIC) from the following

• Challenges within Pedagogical reform
• Decolonisation of Curriculum Content
• Professionalism, Policy, Positionality

Step 2:
Do some research on Positive Community-School Relationships in your teaching pedagogy to build your evidence in all three areas:

• Theory Philosophy Practice
• Reflect on your own standpoint as a teacher/person. Compare with the evidence.
• Describe some solutions (using your evidence) to show positive Community-School Relationships in your teaching pedagogy.

Step 3:
Create your slide show and notes prepare for a 5-minute presentation including some notes for each slide. Rehearse (practice) what you plan to present so it fits within the time frame.

Step 4:
Submit your PPT slide show and notes (600 words equivalent) * Notes should be in Powerpoint slides after the reference list or in a separate document to Assessment 3: Presentation Dropbox
