You are the Global Head of Learning and Development division in a large multinational company in the automobile sector that is headquartered in the USA but now has a significant presence in Asia. The CEO and all the top management personnel frequently visit their Asian operations and clients and keep exhorting the HR leaders in the company to play a key role in attracting, developing, and retaining talent with a truly global mindset.
