1. To identify and study the risks and uncertainties affecting the techno-economic feasibility of the Mumbai Ahmedabad High-speed rail construction project.
2. To evaluate the identified risks using Fuzzy TOPSIS and Fuzzy Analytical Network Process(ANP) method.
