This is Rachel.
Rachel is a 67-year-old person who identifies as female.
Rachel has Type 2 diabetes mellitus. Her Hba1c is usually well controlled with diet and exercise.
Her partner has just retired from work and to celebrate, Rachel wants to go on their dream holiday, travelling around Australian with their caravan for 6 months.
Rachel wants to hopefully self-manage and not have to go to a doctors surgery at every town during her trip. If she needs to, she is willing to go to major hospitals for support.
They will stay at caravan parks which all have phone reception as she likes to keep in touch with her 2 daughters whilst away.
