In the form of an academic poster, produce a 500-word rationale for one of the following research questions:
1. Investigating the knowledge and perceptions of telemedicine among the public and healthcare professionals.
2. Exploring parents awareness of their childs diet and the potential associated health risks.
3. Investigating adults awareness of the potential enhancement of mental health and well-being through creative arts.
4. Exploring parents and teachers perspectives on the integration of mental health topics into the school curriculum.
5. Investigating nurses perspectives regarding the factors contributing to the nursing shortage and potential solutions.
The information on your poster must be cited throughout. A minimum of 3 academic sources must be cited and referenced, with no maximum limit.
Your work will be assessed not only on the content but also on the presentation of the poster. It is not mandatory to use the poster template provided on Course Resources, but it is essential that your poster meets academic standards.

In addition to the poster, you must submit a separate Word document with an annotated bibliography containing two academic sources cited and referenced in your poster. Each annotation should contain the following:
Reference: a correctly formatted reference for the annotated source.
Summary: a short sentence summarising the text.
Evaluation: a critical evaluation which informs the reader of the relevance, accuracy, and quality of the source.
Each source should be annotated using approximately 100 words (excluding the reference). All annotations must be written using complete sentences.

You must use the Harvard system for formatting citations and your reference list. The reference list is not included in the word count.
Proofread carefully for clarity, organization, spelling, and grammar.
This assignment will be graded in accordance with the University of Derbys Undergraduate Marking Scale.
