What will your role in the team be and who are your team members?

State their roles in the team and provide a short description.

My role in the company is asa sales manager and I am working with three sales representatives: Jay Santos, Jane Stone, and Jala Singh. As a sales manager, I must ensure that the company achieve its revenue goals through their work.

1. Jay Santos

Jay has been with this company for a half a year. His main charge is to connect with people of various languages (customers, business associations) in order to close agreements and develop promotion strategies.

2. Jane Stone

Jane has recently joined our company as a sales representative. She is trying to learn new schemes and to place her negotiating skills to the test. So, her main job is to learn new planning procedures to help an organization.

3. Jala Singh

Jala has been in this company for 10 years who serves as an excellent example of maintaining a good connection with public and limited-time events. He loves talking to the people and main duty is to assist the IT group with ideas and visions for the business, and help the business to maintain a healthy public relationship.

The team's purpose is to make sure to increase the revenue of the company. Make the plan for business to consumer to gain customer satisfaction and increase sales of the business.

The team is seeking to promote the brand name in the competitive market which will help to maintain good relations with the customer. The team also ensuring to keep the establishment's site up to date.

What is the role of a manager or team leader?

As the team leader, there are many responsibilities are as follows:

the objectives and goals of the company are achieved

Always hold group meetings and to recognize any problems within the team and provide solutions.

Always praise team members and open with their team members

Maintain a good relationship with all the team members to know their strengths, and weakness.

Make sure to provide and get feedback from the team members, set deadlines for any project, implementation of rules, and help with any issues the team members may have.

I selected a project to distribute the task to each member as per their capabilities and professions they have been doing in their field of work.

Representative: By JUNE 2021, Jane stone will set up a virtual event

as she is more forward into learning, and she is still a new staff.

Representative: Jala Singh will investigate a CRM plan by July 2021

because of his experience with the ICT business. Attempt to make

What unresolved issues, concerns and problems needs to be communicated to stakeholders? A manager can establish open communication process with stakeholders as follows:

1- By maintaining transparency between manager and stakeholders.

2-Provides clear and up to date information to the stakeholders to keep open communications clear.

3-Always try to get response from the stakeholders and do a follow up email to maintain that communication.

4-Always straightforward.

Unresolved issues that need to be talked to stakeholders:

1. The present state of the project and the next steps of the project

2. Any problems that have arisen within the team about the project

3. Lack of cooperation with the other marketing agencies

4. The timeline or the deadline for the project.
