A2. PD Portfolio

BMA4005: Assessment 2 PD Portfolio (60% of the total marks)

Using Microsoft Word produce a PD (Professional Development) Portfolio. Excluding enclosures, your word limit is 2000 words (+/- 10%). The idea is for the portfolio to be visually pleasing as well as interesting (and useful to you) in terms of its content.

Following an introduction, the main body of the portfolio should showcase your employability assets. This encompasses leadership skills and customer service skills as well as all the elementslisted in the Assessment 1 (Poster) brief. It is essential that you research your employability assets and include in the main section a plan for their development (presented as a table).

Your appendices (not included in the word count) might include A first version of your CV; your 16 Personalities (Myers Briggs) profile; your LinkedIn profile; and a section presenting a possible career choice.

Your list of references is also not included in the word count.

You will submit your PD Portfolio on Turnitin. The brief for Assessment 2 will be covered in at least one of the workshops.

Submission Details

Slides should be submitted no later than midday, the day before you are due to present. It is university policy to cap all late submissions at 40%.
