Explain the concept of academic integrity and identify the consequences of malpractice (for example plagiarism, the use of essay mills and artificial intelligence) according to the AOLL malpractice and plagiarism policies.
- a) In the title above, highlight the instructional/command words in blue and the topic/subject words in green.(AW1.1a, AW1.1b)
- b) Create adetailed essay plan for the above title. You can use the template provided on the VLE or you can use your own format (bullet-points, mind-map etc).(AW1.1c, AW2.1)

Societal factors are things such as wealth, lifestyle, diet, education level, family dynamic, population density, technological advances.
Explore how society, and the ways in which people live, have changed over time in the UK and how these changes relate to the changes in the incidence and prevalence of heart disease.
Your essay should:
- Include definitions of both incidence and prevalence
- Include statistics to show how the incidence of heart disease has changed in the UK over time
- Include climate change.
- Consider how societal factors have impacted on the changing statistics
