Task/ description:
Overview
This assessment has two tasks and is based on the scenario provided or your own business scenario. In the scenario, a task/role matrix has been created to allocate responsibilities and resources based on aspects of the business plan. A problem has occurred when a key role has been affected. You are required to formulate a solution that promotes efficient and effective business performance. You will then apply your negotiation skills by pitching your solution and following up with a summary report.
Requirements
Your first task will be in the form of a professional PowerPoint presentation with audio recording. In your presentation you will pitch your ideas outlining the keybenefits and justification of the solution will provide toward improving business performance.
The second task will be a follow-up written report for management to use for reference purposes (this is good business practice). Use theAssessment 2: Report dropboxto submit this report. Your presentation and subsequent written summary need to include the following:
The key benefits and justification of the solution pitched to management
The future implications in regard to the businesss proposed changes and how this may affect the business performance
Any future implications to the business in regard to team engagement and how that relates to developing a positive workplace culture
How your proposed solution promotes efficient and effective business performance
NOTE: You may find it useful to modify the task/role matrix to illustrate how your solution will assist management to reassign the tasks from the change in circumstances. Attach this as an appendix in the report.
