Answer the two case questions below in relation to the case (reading and videos) on The Marvel Way (from INSEAD). This case focuses on Blue Ocean Strategy and students will participate in an in-class case workshop in Week 2 covering Blue Ocean strategy and the relevant case teaching videos. PLEASE NOTE that students are to also ensure that in answering the questions that application of the relevant Blue Ocean concepts and frameworks are included as per the notes in the case study guidelines below.

1. Identify and discuss three (3) elements required to achieve the turnaround at Marvel through Value Innovation.
2. Develop the Four Action Framework for Marvel. Identify and discuss the key ERRC elements.

- Apply relevant Blue Ocean concepts and frameworks to answer the case study questions.
- Demonstrate the use of critical thinking in relation to the questions and case study approach.
- Justify recommendations and strategy opinion.
