To better understand your personality traits or characteristics, you will take a version of the Big Five Personality test based on a five-factor model of personality developed by research psychologists.

Many of you may have heard of or have already taken similar personality tests. The Short International Personality Item Pool - Neuroticism, Extraversion and Openness (IPIP-Neo) is a personality inventory that provides you with a score on each of the five dimensions or areas of your personality. Your outcome advises you of your personality type and how you likely perceive the world and make decisions. Making decisions is important when it comes to starting a business.

From the personality characteristics reported in your Short IPIP NEO, explicate how well you fit the model of the typical entrepreneur as reported in the research literature. (300 words)
