Assessment 1B: Leadership Analysis Essay (Due 26/09/23)- 3000words
Provide anin-depth critical analysisof the leadership of the person you have identified for assessment 1b, underpinned by the five perspectives identified in the unit of studyconceptual framework (theoretical, contextual, relational, political and ethico-legal); and current and seminal peer-reviewed literature.
You may interview your identified person about their leadership style and report your discussion findings as part of your analysis (akin to reporting qualitative research). You should use the conceptual framework of this unit of study to structure your interview questions.

For this assessment you are required to identify your personal leadership strengths and challenges and develop a plan to address your challenges.
Challenges could be related to the thing you most want to change about yourself, the leadership qualities you would like to develop further (building on a success or strength) or how to manage a particular issue you confront in your work life.
This assessment needs you to outline the context (of your leadership), your strengths, your challenges, your goals and your identified strategies. You may, if you wish, include tables / graphics / flow charts/mind maps to help you articulate your challenge and plan.
