There are 2 case studies with 7 questions in total. You are required to answer all questions and achieve a PASS for each question.

Case Study One Part A
The following story was published by an Australian news outlet recently. Regional New South Wales health officials have won a court order authorising them to give a blood transfusion to a Jehovahs Witness toddler if needed in surgery. The Supreme Court has been told the girl, three, who can only be referred to as JI, needs two surgical procedures. JI was born with a range of serious medical conditions, including renal abnormalities, cardiac defect and developmental [conditions] and is dependent on tube feeding which requires regular replacement Justice Henry said (Wakatama, G. 2023).
