Your brief:
Select a commercial construction project which has a minimum of 1000m2 gross floor area. The height of the building is to be no greater than 3 stories. As you will be required to work in a collaborative team during construction, your final submission may not be accepted by the board to progress through to construction.

Your supervisor will now select the construction teams.
Following on from assessment task 2, a selection process will review all the project options and select the most appropriate project based on the teams experience. The team will continue their research and planning the selected project to establish an effective construction program and contractual arrangements.
The research for the report is to be done collaboratively. However, the report is to be original individual work.

A review of the present works is required, and a report is to be presented to the superintendent addressing the topics listed below.
