Assessment task 2b:Interim Diagnostic Findings
Task description Assessment task 2b is the second presentation (40%) in which you will present the interim findings from your diagnostics phase (including the tools you have used) and emerging themes. You are expected to provide a brief overview of your project with SMART goals and include evidence that you have (or will) captured the voice of patients, staff and your organisation, where appropriate. You are also required to identify data you are yet collect, any diagnostic deficits and potential sources of bias in your diagnostic phase to date and propose how you might address these. The presentation should be a narrated PowerPoint presentation, 15 to 20 minutes long and pitched at your line manager or project sponsor. Feedback from this assessment will help refine your case for change and provide ideas for filling any diagnostic deficits. Technical tip:Add audio to your PowerPoint presentation using the Record Slide Show tool under the Slide Show tab in PowerPoint. |
