You may reference the Learner Guide and other relevant resources and learning materials to complete this assessment.
You are to answer the questions based on processes that should be implemented in a typical workplace setting.
Task/s to be Assessed This assessment contains the following Three (3) Tasks:

Location of Assessment Assessment outlines and resources will be available via LEARN (online classroom) and you will work in a simulated workplace environment on or off campus.
A simulated workplace environment may consist of, but not be limited to an area of a commercial or residential room which may contain:
Workstation set to an appropriate ergonomic height and accompanying chair

Decision Making Rules To achieve a Satisfactory outcome, you must satisfy all assessment criteria and evidence requirements as stated in the assessment instructions.
Application for Extension
No late submissions will be accepted without prior Application for Extension form filled out before the due date, with new completion date and time with written Lecturer approval.
