Your portfolio document will include:
A recording of your in-class presentation
Your presentation slides (maximum of 10) and
A written account (1500 words) explaining in detail:
What the program is.
Who it is aimed at.
Why it is necessary.
The resources required for the program, including time.
The risks and how they can be managed.
What outcomes it will achieve for residents.

1. Presenter makes good eye contact and engages the audience.
2. Presenter speaks conversationally and does not rely on a script.
3. Presenter maintains a logical progression of ideas and retains focus on the subject of the presentation.

1. Slides are clear and easy to read e.g. limited text, use of brief bullet points.
2. Content of slides is appropriate to the pitch being delivered.

1. Account covers the 6 areas identified: what the program is, who it is aimed at, why it is necessary, resources required, any risks, outcomes for residents. 8 marks
2. The proposed program is appropriate e.g. it meets a community need. 2 marks
3. Effective use of evidence/ data/ sources (minimum of 4 references are required).3 marks
4. Clarity of expression, grammar, punctuation, and spelling. 2 marks
