ENCOAL
INTROUCTION
Group "C," which represents for the environmentally friendly company ENCOAL, intends to offer a new kind of eco-friendly coal that is created from coconut husk and animal manure and has the distinct advantages of emitting less smoke and burning hotter and longer than firewood or regular charcoal. While the charcoals created by our rivals are equally environmentally friendly, they are not as durable and do not last as long, so the consumer does not fully benefit. Our product will be unique from other coal since it will be created from animal dung and coconut husk, both of which can be used as plant fertiliser. In Part 2, Research and Development, the whole range of component materials, distinctive qualities, and advantages of our environmentally friendly coal are described.
The goal of our products is to reduce deforestation, pollution, global warming, and other health problems. Our charcoal could help cut down on waste from farms, hotels, and vendors selling coconuts as well as from manufacturers making coconut water and juice. As we employ waste materials that don't harm the environment, this product has the potential to change the game and reduce global warming. Animal dung and coconut husk have been selected as key components of our product because of this.
Encoal will be priced affordably to appeal to all demographics. No matter their financial situation or personal situation, every customer and the environment should be able to profit from environmentally friendly coal. Our product is intended to have a straightforward yet attractive appearance that works well for any home events. Every year, more individuals use charcoal or coal for BBQs, whether at home or when camping, having an impact on the environment. With less carbon dioxide and a longer lifespan than traditional coal, our encoal provides the same enjoyment at a reduced cost. These goods are in high demand right now.
Part-2 Research and Development
Product
We have chosen animal dung and coconut husk for the environmental, efficiency and physical benefits over other products such as coal from the mines and charcoal that is made from woods. We get coal from digging the ground which barren the lands, effects the green spaces, waterways and other spaces which can eliminate fields and forest with fast devastation by coal pollution. Charcoal is made by cutting the woods which result in deforestation, landslides and global warming.
We can get the coconut husk and animal dunk from factories and farms easily which are less harmful to the environment. It produces less smoke, much less ash and burns hotter for longer time than other charcoal. It can be used as a fertilizer after it has served its purpose. Therefore, we felt that it was the better product to take into the market place for both its safety of the consumer and environment.
Coconut shell charcoal is the by-product of pyrolysis process which involves burning coconut shells in a limited supply of oxygen in order to carbonize it first. After that, coconut shell charcoal is crushed into powder and mixed with adhesive to manufacture different shapes and size of charcoal briquettes.
Coconut shell charcoal is increasingly popular because of its own advantages. It is completely eco-friendly, safe to use and easy to inflame plus its high level of calorific value, as a whole coconut shell charcoal becomes widely used in food industry.

The process to make our encoal can be divided into 2 main stages;Firstly, we need to dry the coconut husk and animal dunk for 3 days. After that,
Stage 1- Carbonizing Cooling:This stage turns raw material into coconut shell charcoal in different size: 3 x 6, 5 x 10, 6 x 12,..mesh.
-Carbonizing time: 3 5 days with verage temperature: 400-600C ( creating black charcoal)
-Cooling: watering to lower down the temperature quickly in 1 hour and let it cool in kiln under 40C ( average time is 2 3 days).
Stage 2: Crushing Adding Adhesive Pressing briquettes Drying Packaging - Storage.
-Crushing process turns coconut shell and animal dunk charcoal into powder.
-Mixing adhesive is made under the moisture of 25%.
-Pressing charcoal into different shapes of briquettes including cylinder, pillow, hexagon
-Drying: average time is 24 48 hours/turn ( each turn can be 1 -2 MT) under 3C.
-Packaging as customers specific requests: in PP and PE, in carton box, in craft bag
