Task:

In this assessment, you are required to evaluate and reflect on your individual experience, performance and lessons learnt as a strategic decision-maker. This reflective process provides you with the opportunity to make connections between the learning experience in this semester and your personal or professional growth as a business decision-maker.

WIL Focus:The report, among other things, will require you to make a comprehensive analysis of the business decisions you made in the Capstone simulations and to demonstrate your understanding of the implications for business operations and results that occur as a consequence of the decisions you made.

Your Reflection should be structured in three Sections:

Section 1:Reflect upon your individual experience, performance andlessons learnt about business decision-making in the Practice Rounds(up to 600 words).

In this section, you are required to reflect upon the major lessons you have learnt aboutyourbusiness decision-making skills in the competitive marketplace of Practice Rounds. In this reflection, ensure that you cover business decision-making skill areas where you improved, as well as those areas where you did not improve, during the Practice Rounds.

Section 2:Reflect upon your individual contribution to the group presentation in conveying a strategic decision-making issue (up to 400 words).

In this section, you are required to reflect upon the major lessons you have learnt aboutyour communication and presentation skills in conveying a strategic decision-making issue.In this reflection, ensure that you cover communication and presentation skill areas where you improved, as well as those areas where you would like to improve and how you plan to improve.

Section 3:Reflect upon your personal development and organisational skills (up to 500 words)

In this section you are required to reflect upon how your participation in ACCT1028 contributed to your personal development and organisational skills.
