Rationale for choice of 5 articles or other relevant forms of evidence ( reports, clinical guidelines, book chapters):
( eg Best available evidence that is appropriate and relevant for your research question, Highest level of evidence - levels of evidence may be variable- setting, age range, situation for client group,) Quality of the articles has been reviewed using CASP or equivalent.

Summaries how does this review of the literature answers your research question:
LITERATURE REVIEW FORMAT
Title:
State your clinical research question
(E.G Is the use of Nintendo Wii Devices (Wii Fir and Wii Active) effective in preventing falls in adults over the age of 60?)Background:
Introduce the general issue and why it is important (to answer this clinical research question)
Identify the specific focus of the literature review
Give a brief outline of the structure of the body.
Introduction:
State your clinical research question
Outline the aim of the literature review
Method:
Outline your search strategy
Provide a rationale for your choice of articles/how they relate to your question.
Results:
Appraisal Summary
Briefly discussed
Identifies strengths and weaknesses of material
Are there assumptions or bias in the literature?
Discussion
Synthesise and write discussion. Be objective and balanced. Ensure you are taking a position or telling a story of the results rather than simply describing them. How does the research answer your research question (remember to keep coming back to this)
Were there common themes?
Identify areas of agreement or disagreement
Is there anything controversial or contentious?
Are there any gaps in the literature?
Consider implications/application of technology for clinical practice (answering clinical research question).
Conclusion
Summarise the key points from your literature review in the context of your clinical research question and the focus identified in the introduction.
Conclude by summing your key insights about how the assistive technology supported your clinical question and the implications for clinical practice
Do not bring in any new information into the conclusaion
