Current Building Regulations Quantity Surveying Assignment

Provide four different examples of how the current Building Regulations would have influenced the design of the building in Task 1 e.g. in terms of a staircase. Illustrate your answer with photographs and sketches.

One of the examples should include fire resistance and/or escape.

Refer to the building regulations for the country in which the building is located, or the Building Regulations and the Approved Documents for England. If you are not using the Building Regulations for England, you must include a copy in English of the relevant paragraph/section of the countrys building regulations or codes in an appendix, and cross-reference this to your answer.
