Task Description
Design and develop a unit of work for a specific student class group.
Preparation
Building on Assignments 1 and 2, you will use the principle of digital learning design to develop a student-centred project that provides opportunities for collaboration and communication. Your digital project will include:
- A specific class group (eg, F-2, or Year 3, or 4, or 5, or 6)
- A core topic (as in assignment 1)
- Digital artefact (as in assignment 2)
- An integrated unit of work spanning 4-6 lessons and including:
- An overview of the topic
- A context statement (cohort, learning, school, etc)
- Learning Intentions/ and learning outcomes /success criteria
- A paragraph outlining/justifying pedagogical strategies
- Student activities and teacher activities
- One lesson (at least) on computational thinking
- One lesson (at least) should be unplugged
- Inclusion strategy
- Indigenous perspectives
- Assessment strategy

- References (APA 7th referencing format)
