This assessment folio provides you withan opportunity to demonstrate your understandingof how to conduct a miscue analysisusing arunning recordexample,andhow to develop andevaluatea couple of learning experiences or lesson plansusing the results from miscue analysis. It is important to note that a running record is one of many assessment tools that provides insight into childrens early reading development.A running record can be used to supplement othertests and assessments of early reading to help inform teaching and learning.
