Introduction:
A significant participant in the worldwide finance sector is the Indian stock market. One of India's top exchanges for securities, the National Stock Exchange of the nation (NSE), is headquartered in Bombay. By market value, it ranks as one of the biggest securities marketplaces in the globe, with a market valuation of US$3.27 trillion as of the beginning of 2023 (Statistics Team, 2023). Several financial entities, including bankers and commercial businesses, are the proprietors of the National Stock Exchange.It is the third-biggest cash equity market globally in terms of transaction volume for the year 2022 and the biggest derivative exchange globally in terms of contracts exchanged (FIA, 2023). Another significant stock market in India is the Mumbai-based Bombay Stock market (BSE). As of January 2023, it had a market valuation of US$2.4 trillion and was the oldest publicly traded stock exchange in Asia. More than 5,500 companies are listed on the BSE. According to (Bombay Stock Exchange, 2023) as of April of this year, 6 crore (60 million) individual buyers in India had put their funds into equities either through purchase orders or other types of investments (Bombay Stock Exchange, 2023).
Identification of Entrepreneurial Opportunity:
Stock Market is something which is close to my heart and I also have a good knowledge about how the stock market works. After coming to Australia I found that lot of Indian students are working hard to pay off their loans and many students out there are just wasting their money on luxury. So here I found an opportunity to not only create a business out of the opportunity but also to secure the future of the students studying and working here in Australia. So an opportunity that I identified is to start a company which helps students to achieve their financial goals by parking their hard earned money in the financial markets of India. This is a good way to secure their future and it is a great business which will go on for years to come.

Critical Analysis of the above identified idea:
To start with, lets understand the and deep dive into the canvas model structure which contains information such as, who all will be the key partners, key resources, the value propositions the costumer relations, the channels, the customer segments along with revenue streams and the cost structure of the business idea. This will not only helps us identify the potential of the idea but also will help us in developing it. So taking into consideration the overall market and the potential costumers we are targeting are the overseas Indian students who are studying and working in Australia. According to the latest statisticsInternational students who came from India to study in Australia are 100,302 which are our target market (Erudera, 2023). So considering the value preposition of the above discussed business idea is that students have an advantage of investing back home and it will not only help them pay their debts but also will be helpful for their future survival. Talking about the key partners to collaborate with are the UBER, MENULOG and DOORDASH from Australia as lot of students are making money out of it as their primary business as they are not able to find a job in the regional area, and back in India we will be collaborating with Zerodha ltd which is a broking firm and we will also be doing business with SEBI (Security Exchange Board of India), so we will be targeting such students who are doing delivery business and a small amount of their revenue will be taken out and invested back in the Indian stock markets.
Focusing on the legalities we need to follow the rules and regulations set up by the Australian Government and complete all the legalities before setting up our business for example an ABN is required to start a business in Australia. According to Australian Securities and Investments Commission (2022), we need to first check the eligibility to start a company or a business in Australia then we need to choose a business structure and finally we have to register our business name. One of the problems which can be faced during the setup process is that finding and hiring people who have a good and deep understanding of the stock markets and people who can be great advisors to our clients by calculating the risk and advising people on investing wisely. The channels which we will be using to carry out our operations are Business to client. The costumer segment we are targeting are the students and the graduate visa holders from India. We will act as advisors to our clients along with that we will see that our clients gets the best possible return on their investments.
Conclusion:
In conclusion, there is a lot of promise for the company idea presented here, which focuses on helping graduate visa holders from India studying abroad participate in the Indian stock market. We have discovered crucial components that will help to the success of the business model by using the Canvas framework to analyse the various facets of it. Firstly, a sizable client base is provided by the target market of approximately 100,000 Indian students who are studying and employed in Australia. Our value suggestion, which emphasises the benefits of investing in one's own country, can help these people, who frequently have difficulty finding traditional employment options. This guarantees their future financial stability in addition to enabling them to handle their debts successfully. Collaboration with seasoned partners who are already well-known participants in the delivery industry, like UBER, MENULOG, and DOORDASH, provides a tactical edge. Through these agreements, we are able to access a source of income by investing a percentage of the money made by these individuals in Indian financial markets. Understanding and navigating the legal standards established by the Australian government is essential for the compliance and legality of our company. This entails acquiring the required permits, registering a company name, and obeying all laws. Finding and employing people with extensive knowledge of the stock market who can effectively advise our clients, however, is a difficulty. For our consumers to receive professional advice, manage risks properly, and make wise investment decisions, we must overcome this issue. Our selected distribution method, Business to Client, fits with our goal of offering individualised consulting services to Indian students and graduate visa holders. With this strategy, we are able to establish trusting connections with our clients and provide the best return on their money. In conclusion, the business idea mentioned here has the ability to close the financial gap for international Indian students studying in Australia by giving them a way to invest at home while also addressing issues they encounter while studying and working abroad. By concentrating on essential collaborators, compliance with laws, and individualised advice services, we hope to build a valued and sustainable company that caters to the particular requirements of our target market. This business not only promises to expand financially but also offers a real-world answer to our clients' aims and financial objectives.
