Overview of Task
In the second assessment you will have developed an ethical question to explore in your final essay. Now, you will answer your question by taking a particular ethical position and arguing your case. Use the course materials to argue for your position on this ethical dilemma.
Your task is to explore how the ethical issue is understood through two or more of the ethical frameworks we have explored in the course, and make an argument for why the dilemma should be addressed through your favoured framework. This is not about you putting forward the 'right' position, but that you have reasoned through your position.
In this essay, you are not exploring this issue in a policy context, but rather be clear on the reasoned position of your own ethical stance.
Required References:
You must use a minimum of four (4) assigned readings from the course to argue your position. Additionally, you are required to undertake independent research and include a minimum of six (6) references from credible sources (media sources such as news articles and press releases do not count).
