This is an MS Excel based assignment. Explain the qualitative comments on a separate word file. Submission of one word and one excel file is mandatoryPlease try to explain the main points of solution and comments as it would be the differentiating factors for judging the quality of the assignments apart from accuracy of the solution.

No separate queries would be entertained on the mail regarding this exam. Please solve as you can understand. Interpretation of the question correctly is also the evaluation factor in the examination.

Q1. Prepare a valuation of an appropriate company of your choice using APV method. All the assumptions for the questions should be presented into word file along with appropriate analysis of the results. The calculation would be done on the excel sheet. The minimum word limit is 500 words and there is no upper word limit for the question. Take necessary assumptions as required but specify them clearly into the word file. (30 marks)

INTS calculation-5 Marks

Wacc calculation- 5 marls

Interpretation and final valuation-10 Marks

Q2. Calculate NWC for five firms listed on NSE and comment on their liquidity position. (10 marks)

Q3. Calculate the dividend yield of any two firms listed on NSE for last financial year. Also, comment whether the selected firms are growing, normal or declining. (10 marks)
