I would like each manager to complete the following tasks in preparation for our next monthly executive team meeting. The meeting will focus on strategic planning. Each manager is to develop a survey to distribute to his or her staff; the survey is to be no more than 10 questions. In order to maintain consistency, I have attached a SITXMGT001_AE_Pro_2of2_SR4_Survey_Template for you to use. Please make sure your survey covers the following criteria: Potential opportunities; Staffing levels & job satisfaction; Current market trends; New technology; Customer Satisfaction; Future demand and; Strengths & weaknesses (potential efficiencies/ organisational sustainability).
