- Project Overview
Darshan Nepal Grocery store is a grocery store located in
Strathfield. This store is running its business for many years and doing a great business. However, this store is lacking some IT sector which may help in enhancing the business. As, the store does not have any website at the momentwe are planning to help the client by providing a proper website for the store. Today online grocery is taking the market and its scope and need is increasing day by day. By having a website, the customer will have an easy platform for shopping all the basic daily needs.
Here in this project, a group of our team members are planning to create an official website for our client. Before beginning our project, we have a plan to organise a meeting with client for the discussion of the requirements that will be necessary to build this project. We understand their problems that they were running their shop without the companys website which was affecting their business which is the reason they want us to create a good one for them. After then we will start our work. Wehave aim to complete this project successfully and hand it over to the clients. The main aim of this project is listed below:
- Provide a proper website for the client to help in online marketing
- Make a compatible website for all the available platforms.
- Make the website easy to use.
- Providing the website which is easy to use, update and modify for the client.
This project consists of many scopes to the clients as they will be able to take many benefits from it. It will be eased to reach up to their customers, build the relationship with new customers and launch their new products from the grocery shop. Similarly, they will be able to expand their business in long term.
After successful implementation of the project, this project will cover a wide range of scope such as:
- Customer can easily order the products from online.
- This will cover a wide range of customer.
- It will make the easy platform to get customers feedbacks.
In the process, we might encounter many mistakes, blunders, issues, team arguments, technical problems, financial problems, staff shortage, time shortage. However, we will solve this issues step by step.
The final project to be delivered to the client is a proper website. This website will be easily access to all the customers. This website will be easy to use for the client as well tomodify, edit and update the contents time to time. The website will result in wide range of marketing and increase the flow of the customer. The customer can easily select the items from home and pick up the items for the store which will save the time.
This project includes every aspect of the work from building the company website to buying the domain name, connecting to the server, coding, designing, editing, presentation, putting the company information such as their contact numbers and other details etc. Apart from this internal work, there are other things to do like budget management, time management, resource and expertise management, staff motivation, rewards programmes and maintaining disciplinary. We will also have the records of every work that has to be completed in the required amount of time which has been set from our plan
