The purpose of this paper is a personal reflection in the context of new discoveries you have made during this course and to choose a Human Science Nursing theory and discuss how this theory will inform your future nursing practice.

Questions to consider:

What thoughts and feelings have changed for you?

What conversations did you find particularly meaningful and why?

What nursing theory did you connect with and why?

What insights or aha moments did you have about what it means to be a nurse?

What questions remain for you?

What nursing theory seems consistent with my personal values and beliefs?

What do I hope to achieve from using this theory?

How can I use this theory to improve my practice for myself and for my patients?

Required Elements:

Introduction with a thesis statement, body, and conclusion

Maximum of 5 pages, not including title page and references page

Brief description of the chosen nursing theory

Evidence of analysis related to the above questions

Personal reflection

4 scholarly articles and references

APA 7th formatting and referencing

Marks will be assigned on:

Evidence of critical thought with clear and penetrating ideas
