The assignment has three parts. PART 1

The risk profiles of Botox users are identified in Table 1. What external and internal factors do you think will influence the desire for Botox engagement for Daring image crafters and Timid image seekers? In Table 1, the majority of users appear to have two to three experiences with Botox. Can you suggest strategies whereby Botox practitioners can engage with their clients to maintain long-standing relationships? In Table 5, negative emotions from not engaging in a cosmetic procedure do not appear to impact desire for hair transplant engagement (H2) for Daring image crafters and Approval-seeking socialites. Why do you think this is the case?

Desire for Botox engagement for Daring image crafters and Timid image seekers most of them are female, age (21-34 years) and income ($45,000-89,999) in Table 1 (Sood, Quintal, and Phau 2021). This demonstration can be influenced by a combination of external and internal factors.

To maintain long-standing relationships need to consider the following strategies:

Regularly follow up with customers to check on their satisfaction and address any issues. Encourage open communication and feedback to continuously improve their experience.

Regarding Table 5, where negative emotions from not engaging in a cosmetic procedure do not impact desire for hair transplant engagement for Daring image crafters and Approval-seeking socialites. According to the Table 2 hair transplant customers, most of them are male, age (45-54 years), occupation (professional) and income ($90,000 and above) (Sood, Quintal, and Phau 2021), it demonstrates societal norms and personal values play a significant role in their decision-making process, and they can take higher the ability of risks than others relatively.

Post 2: (150 words)

Both daring image crafters and timid image seekers display similar internal and external factors that can influence their desire to engage in Botox treatment. According to Sood, Quintal, and Phau (2022), most Botox consumers are Female, age 21-34 with a certificate or diploma level of education and have a professional occupation. In the same research, external factors such as marital status suggests most Botox seekers are either Single or Married, with those just in a relationship less likely to engage in Botox. This could suggest that internal and external factors that motivate Botox users align to their psychological needs, Esteem and Belonginess, as described in Maslows Hierarchy of Needs. Esteem to drive the next stage of their career, through enhanced feelings of self-worth and self-confidence (Rojas, Mndez, and Watkins-Fassler 2023). Belongingness such as seeking an intimate relationship or acceptance by friends (Rojas, Mndez, and Watkins-Fassler 2023).

To maintain longstanding relationships, Botox practitioners could.

Ensure their value proposition aligns to the target market, as above.

Create a loyalty program targeted at the esteem and belonginess of the psychological needs, such as a unique club with unique benefits or pricing could encourage longer relationships and increased revenue.

Ensure post-procedure follow up, including satisfaction surveys and face to face positive re-enforcement of the procedures benefits, is provided to keep consumers engaged. However, this needs to be approached with caution to prevent addictive behaviour and where manipulating a persons psychological needs could become unethical (Sood, Quintal, and Phau 2022).

According to Sood, Quintal, and Phau (2022), the majority of hair transplant consumers are men aged, 45-54. Men have historically been the provider of basic needs, safety and physiological, as per Maslows hierarchy of needs (Loscocco and Spitze 2007). Given this nature, combined with the high average cost of hair transplants, could suggest negative emotions from not engaging in hair transplants does not outweigh the emotions of providing basic needs for the family.

PART 3

3. Finally, in awritten report, conduct a macro-environmental analysis of the cosmetic surgery industry in Australia and comment on how the PESTEL factors impact on the industry (maximum 500 words).
