- In Word, click Layout
- Click Orientation, choose Landscape
- Copy your anecdotal record into the word document.
- On a new page, copy your learning experience plan into the word document.
- Click on the blank page after the end of your learning experience plan
- Click Layout.
- Click Breaks.
- Click the first option on the drop-down menu, Page
- Click Layout again and click on the arrow in the bottom right:
- Within the page set up box, click Portrait.
- Click Apply to: This point forward.
- Click Ok.
