- In recent times there has been a shift from the working from home practices during andpostCOVIDtoareturntowork/theofficepolicy,eveninworkenvironmentswhere the work can easily be performed at home. In your view, what prompted those changes? Do you think it is important for employees to return to their place of work? What are the pros and cons of working from home from a management perspective? Support your responses with organizational examples. What type of work do you prefer? (work from home, work in a dedicated workplace away from home, blended style work). Provide your personal reflections and rationales for your preferences in the conclusion.

- Itisrecommendedtoconnect toaproperLANnetworkviaWIFIandnot usephone If necessary, students should come to campus and connect to the student WIFI, that will be a faster better connection than a mobile internet connection. All common video files are accepted.
