Due to the scale and complexity of the online store, Freshfood has set a few priorities for which the web designers must get them right, such as, a good homepage with a great user experience, a good navigation system so that consumers can easily find the goods and products to make a purchase, and a good post sales service tool to deal with customers’ feedback and complaints.
