Mr.Redmund Simon is a owner of Dojo Bakery, Hampton Park , Melbourne , Australia. He is also a member of New South Wales Bakery Association. He has more than 30 years of leadership experience. He was inspired by his forefathers and stepped into the business with a meagre amount to invest. He studied engineering at university level but his actual interest lied in baking. He made it his full time profession and now he is a renowned name. Creates an inspiring vision of the future. Motivates and inspires people to engage with that vision. Manages delivery of the vision. Coaches and builds a team, so that it is more effective at achieving the vision." His role involves planning daily menu of cakes, their flavours, stepping in of any sophisticated or special order arrives. He is also planning to explore social media and share his wisdom with the world. He believes baking in an art and needs persistence, patience and practice. He also volunteers in mentoring young generation to shift their interest in entrepreneurship. He likes to train young bakers in his bakery with live demonstrated classes and helping them with innovative ingredients with decoration purpose. He likes to read management books and spends his time in old age homes so that he can learn from the experience of people who are of his age. Besides this he likes to teach underprivileged children during weekends so that he can help them to start their own venture.
