Introduction

The introduction should introduce the topic and explain why the topic is important in the context of administrative law. It should also state your argument and the issues which you will discuss in the body of the essay.

A good introduction also sketches out where your essay will be going so that the reader has a roadmap, which makes it easier to follow your arguments.

Issue # 1 (identify)

For each issue, you should carefully explain what the issue is, and why it is important in the context of the topic, and your argument. This is where you use the products of your research to map out the different ways in which the issue has been considered. Usually there will be competing views, which you should evaluate according to their strengths and weaknesses.

Each issue should end with a conclusion which you draw from the analysis you carried out.

Use the same structure for each of the issues that you have identified.

Conclusion

Your conclusion should restate your argument and revisit the major propositions that you have developed in respect of each issue discussed. The conclusion should also refer back to the topic, so that it is clear what the overall answer to the assignment question is.

Please include a bibliography formatted in accordance with AGLC4.
