Choose ONE out of the four presentation topics from below and prepare a pre-recorded presentation (i.e., a video recording with PowerPoint). You must integrate principles of ADR, theories, and case law where necessary. - International Commercial Arbitration as a tool to resolve cross-border commercial disputes
- Why do Negotiations fail? What are the barriers to efficient resolution of disputes?
- What is ADR and its various processes? Why is it useful for disputing parties?
N.B. If you are being reassessed, you must not attempt the same presentation topic as chosen for your first sit.
