The report is written from the perspective of an underperforming team of professionals engaged on a large infrastructure project, the reason for the underperformance is due to ineffective and conflicting leadership between the leaders of 3 teams who have been required to work together in a joint venture (JV) to deliver the project.
The essay needs to provide a brief introduction which outlines the topics which will be discussed in further detail, these are Authentic leadership, effective communication and conflict management.
For the analysis and substantiation section each of the topics should be discussed in detail utilising relevant literature to support the analysis of how each are important leadership requirements within teams.
Finally, the report should make key recommendations as to how the underperforming team can improve its authentic leadership, effective communication and conflict management approaches, recommendations must be supported by relevant literature.
A conclusion should then summarise the key points of the discussion in a concise mannerRequirements
