COURSEWORK 1- A Single page E-Poster -individual work ( CW1)
The module is assessed by 100% coursework and has two subcomponents.
The first subcomponent of the resit (CW1) is an individual E-Poster of a particular cultural cluster and the management and leadership practices in the region.

The brief of this assessment is as follows:
Summative Assessment
This task is to make an e-poster explaining and illustrating a particular cultural cluster and about a particular cultural cluster and the ways culture informs the practices of management and leadership in that region (40%).
Context: You are required to choose a geographical region with ONE particular Cultural Cluster based on the GLOBE study (Anglo, Latin Europe, Nordic Europe, Germanic Europe, Eastern Europe, Latin America, Sub-Saharan Africa, Middle East, Southern Asia, OR Confucian Asia) and also choose an industry and an MNC operating in your chosen Cultural Cluster. Your Module leader shall approve the choice of your Cultural Cluster, geographical region, Industry and MNC.
Task: Your individual Coursework, ie an E-poster should be based on detailed research, critical analysis, and evaluation of the chosen cultural cluster, industry, MNC and the ways the international culture of that region informs the practices of management and leadership in that industry in general and in the chosen MNC in particular. Also, recommend suitable practices of management and leadership for the MNC belonging to your chosen industry operating in that chosen industry. Give a number of examples to illustrate your points.

Word limits for E poster: An A3 size E-poster should be not cluttered with too many words and may have around 100-150 words max, and append the list of references as the second page.

Note: there is no presentation for resit, it only requires an E-poster submission.
